JOHN H. WALKER

John Hare Walker (1818-1913) was born in Lichfield, Staffordshire, England. He became a skilled organist and was organist and music-master at Rugby School, Warwickshire. He died in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. His published works were compilations of hymns and other music for use at Rugby School, songs, and part-songs. His son Reginald H. Walker (1839-1876) became a composer.

All are mixed chorus; some contain divisi.
