ETTORE FIORI

Signor Ettore Fiori (1827-1898) was born in Livorno (Leghorn), Italy. He was an opera professional and moved to London, becoming singing-master and musical director of opera at the Royal Academy of Music. He was also active in performance throughout the region. He died in Kensington, London. His published compositions were mostly songs for quartet, trio, duet, and solo, as well as part-song.

All are mixed chorus; some contain divisi.
