FREDERICK N. BAXTER

Frederick Nathaniel Baxter (1859-1925) was born in Risely, Bedfordshire, England, was educated at the University of Durham, and was Fellow of the Royal Academy of Organists. He held organist positions at Colerne Parish Church, Wiltshire; and St. Saviour’s Curch, Tetbury, Gloucestershire. He was also conductor of the philharmonic and orchestral society in Tetbury. He died in Tetbury. He composed a number of anthems and part-songs.

All are mixed chorus; some contain divisi.
