R. H. RANDALL

Ransom H. Randall (1847-1923) was born in Bainbridge, New York. He moved west and studied at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa. He became a music teacher in the Mid-West and started a music publishing business in Marion, Iowa. He soon relocated the business to Chicago, Illinois, and settled there until his death. He compiled a number of hymnals and music collections for churches, singing schools, and music conventions. His compositions were for these pedagogical purposes.

All are mixed chorus unless noted; some contain divisi.
